Before your appointment
- A current referral is required to claim Medicare benefits (GP referrals last 12 months; specialist referrals 3 months).
- Bring any scans — X-rays, CT scans, ultrasounds or MRIs — and relevant records.
- New patients can complete the registration form before attending.
